Public Notice from Justice Arts Coalition

The Justice Arts Coalition Board of Directors has voted to dissolve the organization and begin an orderly wind-down of its operations. As part of this process, all JAC programming and new organizational commitments have ended, and the Board is moving forward with the administrative and legal steps required to formally close the organization.

Our immediate priority is the artwork entrusted to JAC. We will be reaching out directly to artists, family members, and designated contacts to coordinate the return of artwork currently in our possession. Because the collection must be inventoried, confirmed, and matched with the appropriate recipients, this process will take time. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work carefully and responsibly to return as much artwork as possible to the artists and their loved ones. Any artwork that cannot immediately be returned or remains unclaimed will be securely archived and maintained until arrangements can be made for its return to the artist or an appropriate designated recipient.
